Privacy, simply.
When you place an order, you share details like your name, how to reach you, the delivery address and the message for the card. We use them for one thing: making and delivering your flowers.
What we keep
Your order details are stored securely so we can confirm, prepare and deliver your bouquet. We don’t sell or share them, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
Your bag
The bouquets in your bag are remembered on your own device (in your browser’s storage) so they’re still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Secret admirers
If you choose to send anonymously, we leave your name off the card and never reveal it to the recipient.
Questions or deletion requests
Send us a DM on Instagram at @abunchaffair and we’ll help, including deleting your order details once your order is complete.
